How do I return an item?
Please notify us immediately of any defective / damaged / incorrect merchandise. Please keep the item(s) and any packing materials that came with your shipment. We will arrange the pickup of your defective/incorrect items or provide a return label for these items. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.

Once receiving RA #, you may ship the item(s) (in brand new resellable condition, with all tags attached, in its original packaging) within 30 days of your purchase date. Please write the RA # on the package.
Once the merchandise is received and verified in brand new condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card or other payment means for the full original purchase price of the item(s), or send out your exchange. Items returned in less than brand new condition (e.g., used, washed, etc.) will not be accepted under any circumstances, and will be returned to the original purchaser at his/her expense.
Please note: Undeliverable packages or unauthorized returns will also be subject to the return shipping costs. (Minimum Charge $10)
Please note: (applies to only Expedited or International Shipping) - additional shipping cost paid for expedited or international shipping or Hawaii or Alaska is non-refundable for returned or exchanged items.
